I'm going to use this as pretty much everything I've noticed and things that need to be fixed before 5.2.0 comes out:

Bugs:

Namespaces do not appear to function properly, which was first noted with a call to net.php

Oddities:

There's a separate die() function when attempting to install vichan, which is separate to the checklist which shows up normally.

I'll fill out more later, and you're welcome to add more things.
