Add the following UI updates:
- introduce headers and footers
- add tool bar
- add gradient samples
- add ability to download image
- implement dark mode
- update favicon to generated gradient
- add history
Change the dependency for flutter-vector-icons to my fork to enable icon tree shaking for release builds.
