Move to vue-chartjs.

Hi folks!
I'm Slava, and I'm a collaborator of vue-chartjs.
As you can see in the vue-chart-3 readme, Victor has become part of the vue-chartjs team.
I made a simple migration guide for those who will be changing from vue-chart-3 to vue-chartjs.
If there are any errors during the migration, you can always create an issue in a vue-chartjs repo and tag me. I will try to help everyone.

Honestly, this project is still way better. I'll wait a few months that the other one improves :)
