For some people using TVShows on a "media center" Mac, the Transmission window in the foreground can be annoging.

It seems it can be avoided by changing the way TVShows sends the magnet link or file to Transmission. More details in this discussion from the support forum.

We should ensure that this change does not "break" other torrent clients.

In the meantime, you can disable this in Transmission's preferences as well:
