JankStats, LeakCanary등을 on/off 토글로 활성화 비활성화 하는 메뉴 추가
관련 JankStats 및 LeakCanary는 :core:performance 모듈 내 구성
옵션 설정에 따라 Floating button을 활성화 하고 선택시 분당, 시간당 Jank 발생 수치 등을 확인 가능하도록 제공

#35 적용 완료후 작업 시작 : 관련 on/off 여부를 저장하도록 적용 필요

추가 작업으로 메인 메뉴에서의 뷰 방식 변경 저장 및 lifecycle safe하도록 개선
