Video getting stuck at random minutes only on certain android mobile device

Issue description
version #0.16.0
browser: Chrome Version 120.0.6099.116
OS - Android 13;

Steps to reproduce the issue
Certain mobile Android devices namely Redmi or Samsung get stuck on certain videos while playing on Chrome Browser but work on Firefox.
Once you refresh it starts playing again but stops again after a few seconds.
Once the video is stuck/stopped the control does not seem to work.
Go to - www.futuretayari.com/course/master-conversations-at-workplace and place any video on android mobile device

The video works fine on the desktop.

Expected behavior
Video shows play flawlessly with proper internet connectivity or even if the video gets paused the control should help to resume it or fast-forward/rewind.
