VideoJS cannot jump in time using DASH

Description

When using videojs v7 in combination with HLS/ DASH the seek bar becomes useless for the DASH case. No times are visible and a jump to a selected position on the progress bar does not work either.

Steps to reproduce

Explain in detail the exact steps necessary to reproduce the issue.

1. Open http://alpine-dash-hls.gq/demos/videojs/videojs-vhs-v7 in Chrome
2. Try to jump to any position within the video
3. Fail

Results

Expected

Time of the current playback position is expected to be visible when hovering over the progress bar and on click the video should jump to the selected position.

Actual

Time is not shown at all when hovering over the progress bar and on click nothing happens.
