Grading:

Regular Score: 4.75/5
Grade 0.95
Extra ML: 0.95/1

  • Overall Improvements:
  • Be sure to add additional comments for each of the images in the write-up so that the grader has more evidence of your understanding of the concepts.
  • Vidha should also remember to check off each of the checkboxes as she goes through the list.

Collections:
Grade 0.95/1

Vidha was able to show her understanding of sqlite databases and how she had initialized her journal database as well. However, she can try to add more test data to the sqlite table to make the it more reliable.

Lists and Dictionaries:
Grade 0.95/1

Vidha shows evidence of her ability to identify lists and dictionaries within her code through debugging. However, she could improve the presentation of her screenshots by making her test data more realistic and cropping out the unnecessary sections of the images.

APIs and JSON
Grade 0.95/1

Through her screenshots, Vidha indicates that she knows the requirements for a GET + POST request and what parts of her code complete these requests as well. She demoes it well through Postman but could improve on providing additional context for what she is attempting to show through each image.

Frontend
Grade 0.95/1

Vidha has completed this section of the write-up and her screenshots are indicators of her ability to know what parts of her frontend code are responsible for providing the success/failure statements and for printing + formatting the response data on the screen as well.

ML Algorithm Analysis
Total 5/5, Grade 1/1

Vidha showed her knowledge of her code and is able to convey that she knows what parts of the code are responsible for data cleaning, training, and testing. However, she could have attempted to change some of the parameters (by changing either the model she used or by conducting analysis on a different dataset) to better show her capabilities.
