Bundler errs in omni complete

Omni complete throws bundler errors

I have this with a lot of projects that use bundler and it only ever happens on the very first omnicomplete. This has been happening since vim 7.4 and I'm currently on 8.0

I tried to fix this with a fork at brandonroehl/vim-ruby by making the load_gems method respect g:ruby complete_use_bundler but the issue still persists

For a good test case you can try brandonroehl/theseus in the config/application.rb type r<C-X><C-O> on line five just like in the screenshot.
