Some scripts not scraped?

I've just started using vim-scripts with Vundle today, so forgive me if this is the wrong place for this — tell me where a better place is.

I'm not seeing the following scripts on vim-scripts.org.

• blinking_statusline.vim and highlight_line_after_jump.vim are new, as of 24th October. https://github.com/vim-scripts says it was last scriped 14 days ago, before they came out.
• Mark has been around since before then, but I don't see it on vim-scripts.org.

Mark, because it is a fork of the original script, can be found (or rather not; the page's search doesn't locate it) at https://github.com/vim-scripts/Mark--Karkat. Unfortunately, (apparently like many other plugins), it isn't updated regularly, and is still at version 2.5.2 of two years ago, whereas there's version 2.8.0 at vim.org.
