Per-buffer mode / checker override

If syntastic checked a buffer variable (":help b:var") and used that to override the global syntastic_mode_map and checker settings, then you could use autocmds to selectively enable/disable syntastic based on path, filename, etc., or use custom checkers in certain cases.
