Request: Change small file and folder icons to something like Yaru

I like to use the smaller List view icon sizes in my file managers, and I've noticed that many different icon themes have nice icons at larger sizes but then suddenly change at the smallest or next-to-smallest icon zoom size to really unattractive "skeletonized" icon sets for both folders and files. Some will have decent small icons for files, but still have skeletonized folder icons.

I like the WhiteSur icon set in the larger sizes, but I have to stick with Yaru because it is one of the few icon sets that still retains nice icons at the smallest sizes in the file manager. It would be super nice if WhiteSur could adopt something like the Yaru icons for use in file managers at small sizes.

Adwaita also has "full" icons at small sizes, but I find Yaru much nicer, and I think they would go really nicely with the rest of the WhiteSur icon set.

These small icons seem jarringly out of place compared to the rest of the WhiteSur icon set. I hope you will consider changing them at some point.
