Do you want to maintain this in bet.js in controllers?
How do you identify a unique user?
You can store this in an object or a cache store like Redis? Are you looking to save this only during run time?

Thanks for the interest.
It'has been a long time since I haven't touched the project.
I suggest you to use a more supported Telegram API to do the things you listed.
Back in the days I made this bot using an old youtube video as reference.
