If we integrate a smart spinner/smart dice they will likely have their results available via a HTTP endpoint for prototyping. We should have some way of connecting with the HTTP endpoint to get the spinner state or move amount.

We could potentially prototype the spinner simulator as a standalone HTTP server and poll from it.
