vktrace and vkreplay are deprecated and removed from LunarG VulkanTools repo

The vktrace and vktrace tools are removed from the LunarG VulkanTools repository.

You can now find them in an archived repository only:
https://github.com/LunarG/vktrace

Instead gfxreconstruct can be used, it probably is largely the same thing under a different name and I wouldn't be surprised if it shares the majority of source code.
