As mentioned in #15, would be nice if this could find the Gist based on a file/directory name rather than needing to enter the ID; and this is more important for this command because to find the ID the user would probably need to go to the Gist website, at which point they could just delete it there.

Blocked by #13 for implementation of subcommands.
