It would be useful to make our jsonrpc2 implementation feature-complete so it can be used as a drop-in replacement for talking to Geth and things like that. Particularly, it will help for doing JSONRPC2 proxying such as for #27.

Once this is complete, could also considering making this a stand-alone library? (vipnode/bidi-jsonrpc2?)
