Make command displayed the following error message:
hash.h:8:20: fatal error: blake2.h: No such file or directory.

We are to use Balaure to compute alignments for a very large amount of data that we sequenced and that can't be done by the conventional read mappers. Could we have your help for access to the whole files of Balaur?

+1
Either include the missing files, or write a readme to guide the compilation.
I added the code from Blade2 that can be found online in the src directory, modified some code, and reverted to the previous commit, and installed all missing dependencies.
But still cannot compile with the marisa-trie option. Not sure if it changes performance a lot though (couldn't read anything about that) .
