Hello @annegentle , For Mac, keep your VPN connected to the Sandbox
You can copy both log.html and report.html Then you can open this on any web browser to view the file For Windows, keep you VPN connected to the Sandbox Use WinSCP provide the following info: Once you connected, you can go to this directory: /home/developer/genie_learning_lab/ Drag and drop files you wanted to your Windows computer.
