Defect Description: The Procedure is placed after the actual Experiment Tab, confuses the user.
Steps to Reproduce this issue: Go to this link {Homepage of any Experiment}.
Expected result: The Procedure tab is kept before the actual Experiment, which is much more user friendly and Intuitive.
