QA_Plate Load Test_Quizzes_cancel button is not provided

Defect Description:
In the Quizzes page of "Plate Load Test" experiment, Cancel button is not provided in order to reset the options wrongly selected by the user. Need to provide the Cancel button.

Actual Result:
In the Quizzes page of "Plate Load Test" experiment, Cancel button is not provided.
