Apparently we're just adding a BOUNCE destination to the virtual map when this box is checked. That won't do anything, unless there is a bounce handler setup somewhere for that destination. As far as I can tell, there is no way to bounce something in the virtual map with just one word or config option.
But, also this seems to be a nonsensical option? If you want mail to bounce, you just don't create an address for it, right? If it doesn't exist, it bounces on its own. What's the use case for bouncing and doing something else for it? Seems confusing.

Though rarely used, it sounds pretty useful. I use this feature on a domain which has catch-all enabled. The alias which should bounce mails was used in the past but now should now longer accept any mail.
Looking into this more, I'm not sure how the current method of using a BOUNCE user was supposed to work. It kind of does because no user of that name exists, but I can't see a better way of triggering a proper "no such user" bounce message.
