Repo lacks versioning

The repository, as it currently stands, has no proper versioning system. This makes it hard for packagers (such as myself; I am packaging this for Arch Linux) to package "stable" versions of the code, because it's hard to know which commits are stable and which aren't. Therefore, I ask that you tag your releases with a specific version number to make releases easier.

Thank you for pointing this out. I have tagged the most recent release as v0.2.3, and have updated the setup.py to reflect this. Also, thank you for packaging python-midi for Arch Linux users.

Are you sure that you tagged it? https://github.com/vishnubob/python-midi/tags doesn't show anything...
