webdecomp can only modify dd-wrt gui files from MIPSEL firmware

Currently webdecomp can only be used to extract/restore the web gui files from 
MIPSEL DD-WRT firmware. Need to add MIPS/ARM/ARMEB.

Added support for MIPSEL and ARMEB; ARM should work as well, but not tested.

Nice work heffnercj ;). This should wake Brainslayer up though, be prepared to 
have to modify webdecomp to keep up with his potential actions to re-protect 
his precious WEB UI.

All these people who had trouble with the original kit now are very pleased 
with your work. It is a whole new project ;).
