Agree shared colours (Brand Alignment)

There's a new palette from Brand Alignment which requires .Com and .Org to update their colour schemes.

This is an opportunity to align the two sites closer together with the aim that they will both be using the same Design System and Component Library at some point in the (hopefully not so far) future.

Task

• Initial agreement between .org and .com on shared colour ways across UI (sections, buttons etc)

NB|| This will likely be an ongoing ticket after the initial colour update, we'll need to use future iterations to explore things like designated colours for actions/interactions, states, maps, accessibility issues etc
