Ahoj,

I am about to fix the Arch Linux AUR package of your software, and I am missing licensing information.

Can you, @vit1251, please clarify how you license skyline-commander?

Regards!

Since the Skyline Commander project is create of a research and prove hypotheses as part of the development of a TUI library for another closed Rust project, I propose to use the most open MIT license.

For your convenience I've added the license text to the repository, so now I think GitHub will be able to automatically determine the license on project options sidebar.
