Wonder how to run the demo with cuda 11.8 #118

Looks the demo require the low version mmcv <=1.5.0, and it's campatible with only pytorch 1.X while cuda 11.8 need pytorch >= 2.0.0.
I'm using the 4080 and cuda 11.8 is the oldest compatible version. Want to know how to solve the environment.
