Build success, but run failed

Describe the bug

console: this.triggerElm.setAttribute is not a function

This bug will cause some components on the page to fail to display, such as icon, such as el-dropdown

Reproduction

pnpm uninstall vite@2.7.13;pnpm install vite@3.1.3

vite: 3.1.3
element-ui: 2.15.8

Run on local is ok, but build and run on prod is error.

Finally, i uninstall vite@3.1.3 and install vite@2.9.15,then build and run is ok.

I donot test vite@3.x.x，use the 2.9.X version

This is a wrong build environment experience, took more time than expected.
