Description
Allow Vite to use newer versions of Rollup as they are released
Additional context
I ran into a problem because SvelteKit is using ^3.5.1, which just started pulling in 3.6.0 and caused our CI to fail because there's multiple versions and it can't share types across them.
What is the purpose of this pull request?
