Describe the bug

When use the library mode, if more than one formats of output specified, the extracted style.css will have duplicated CSS code.

Reproduction

Repo for Reproduction
Just run yarn build, and checkout the extracted dist/style.css.

System Info

  • vite version: vite@2.0.0-beta.31
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.1
  • Node version: v12.20.0
  • Package manager (npm/yarn/pnpm) and version: yarn 1.22.5
