2.7.8 can't load the woff or ttf when i use element-plus

Describe the bug

when i use version 2.7.7, it work as i want
but i use version 2.7.8, i can't see any icon from element-plus
the important i do is：

import 'element-plus/lib/theme-chalk/index.css'
in main.js

it may be a bug from 2.7.7 to 2.7.8

also please note that there is no vite version 2.7, did you mean 2.3?

problem still exists in 2.4.2 for production bundle. For debug server, it is ok.
