Drag tabs between two tab bars that may exist in separate panels/containers/divs.

I can drag tabs within a tab bar to reorder them. I would like to be able to have two panels, say on a dashboard, and drag a tab from one to the other.

Well, since drag is already possible, I think it can be extended to allow drop in a different tab control. I'd like to invite you to implement it. I will do the code review.
