Game settings

There should be a new Settings "window", focused in settings that are specific or relevant to "Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days". The PC Settings of "Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 HD Remix" will be used a reference.

Options that should be added to that window:

GENERAL

• (Combobox) Language (options will vary according to your ROM)

DISPLAY

• (Combobox) Screen Mode (Fullscreen/Windowed)
• (Combobox) Display Resolution (affects both the OpenGL rendering scale and the aspect ratio)
• (Combobox) Frame Rate (30/60/120)
• (Combobox) Refresh Rate (On/Off) (also known as VSync)
• (Combobox) HUD Size (from 1x to 8x)

SOUND

• (Slider) Master Volume

GAMEPAD

• (Slider) Camera Sensitivity (Add right analog stick sensitivity #83)

KEYBOARD

• (Slider) Mouse Sensitivity (Add support to control the camera using a mouse #84)

MULTIPLAYER

• (Textfield) Player Name

QUIT GAME

That settings "window" should look like a part of the game. It should appear if the player presses Esc (no joystick controls for that menu, at least for now) while on the main menu, or while in the in-game menu.
