During the fermentation of saison the gravity readings in Plato dropped down to small negative values that are incorrectly plotted as around 326˚P

I've never thought of negative plato values.
You might try the latest push. You don't have to update new firmware.
Just, upload the dist/english/index.htm.gz via filemanager.
