Creation of Template sub menu option inside Dashboard on left side bar panel

Description:

As a User, I want see Template sub menu option in left side bar panel.

Acceptance Criteria :

• User should be able to view the Widgets option on side bar panel i.e.
  1.Dashboard
  i)Template
  ii)Widgets
• User should able to create/add a Template by clicking on 'Create' option on that page.
• User should able to fill all required information an Template creation page.
• The required information would save in the db by clicking on 'Save' button and user should go back to the previous page
• On 'Cancel' button, user should go back to the previous page.
• If the required information would not fill by the user that would not save in the db and user should go back to the previous
• page.
• The data filled by the user should display in grid view format inside Template page.
• User should also able to edit and delete his/her own information from list screen.
