Import Internalization Files from Vivo #59

There is an idea that internalization files for this project should derive from internalization files in this project: https://github.com/vivo-project/Vitro-languages

A couple of things to to do:

convert .*properties files to *.yaml files (buffalo project seems to need that format)
look around for labels that match
