Flag in runtime properties for using Map of science

Map of science is limited in number of supported journals. Therefore it might be useful for some institutions, and for some not.

There should be a flag in runtime.properties for enabling or disabling Map of science visualization, similar to temporal graph - https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/blob/main/home/src/main/resources/config/example.runtime.properties#L404
