1- install a fresh Moodle site.
2- install all the assessment_manager blocks/plugins.
3- install the local plugin
3-b on 1.9 you may have to manually trigger the script db/install.php
4- in your browser, as admin, run /local/vlacsdatagenerator/testdatagenerator.php
You can modify the test data in testdata.php.
