Whenever I use --netplay to try to connect it comes up with an error message after opening the netplay window saying "failed to connect"

https://gyazo.com/f45d78429c51e93b7c3f7d2514091e6d (the error message window)

The command/args I'm using:
python phillip\run.py --gui --human --start 0 --reload 0 --epsilon 0 --load agents/delay0/FoxFD --iso "C:\Users\Blade\Desktop\Folders\Game ISO\SSBM.iso" --exe "C:\Users\Blade\Desktop\Folders\Phillip Dolphin\Dolphin.exe" --tcp 1 --netplay 1429b150

If you are on Windows it is incompatible. On Linux it is fully compatible.

Technically it would be compatible as long as the host is using the same custom dolphin version.

I see, the issue was that the host was FM 4.4 on Linux and Phillip was running on the custom windows version.
