Eliminate the differences in Listener API between in-memory and distributed buckets #83

For distributed buckets toListenable creates the new bucket which shares the same state with source bucket. Hovewer for in-memory buckets toListenable creates fully independend copy off bucket, and as noticed there #12 (comment) the behaviour for in-memory buckets is impractical.
