Bugs in the extension

Hey! I want to create a detail extension using tiptap too and I think your extension is a good base to build upon. However, there are some things I want to ask/point out.

1. I have a slash dropdown that creates new block types. I want to add a button that creates a new details block. I have been trying to do it with your extension so far it's not worked. Can you let me know how I can do that? I can provide code if needed.

2. I see some bugs in the extension as well. When the summary is opened, the cursor stays in the summary. Then, if I press enter, it creates a new
   element and pressing enter again causes the app to crash become summaryElement is not defined for some reason.
