on windows, in some editor, when we press Enter, 2 characters( 0x0d and 0x0a) are recorded in the source code. While on linux, only 0x0a is used

as a result, the source code which has 0x0d0a are not been recognized by V

(char code=0) pos=139 len=149
panic: a.v:11
invalid character ``

so, please make 0x0d0a among one of valid line seperators
