Page refresh after launching ClickOnce installer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download any ClickOnce installer
2. The page is reloaded
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page should not be refreshed to keep the current state.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.1
Windows 7
Chrome 23

This is an unfortunate side effect of the way the plugin is implemented and 
can't be easily fixed.  See here: 
http://code.google.com/p/clickonceforchrome/wiki/AvoidingPageRefresh  for how 
to avoid the refresh on pages you control.
