When using client 1.14.2, we found that when players take a break of more than 15 minutes while resting in place, they will be judged as cheating by the server and removed from the game.

Just disable this option in your config, or set the threshold higher, or change the penalty to not kick. This will not be fixed as it's a 1.14 client issue, unreleated to VMaNGOS or 1.12.
