<env>_om_role missing ELB policies and small footprint pas installation fails #146

The iam role created by terraform is missing the ELB policies below :

elasticloadbalancing:RegisterInstancesWithLoadBalancer

PAS version : V2.5.0

Log during installation : Task 119 | 16:50:54 | Error: Unknown CPI error 'Unknown' with message 'User: arn:aws:sts:::assumed-role/apcf_om_role/i-04483a8e0b65ddd26 is not authorized to perform: elasticloadbalancing:RegisterInstancesWithLoadBalancer on resource: arn:aws:elasticloadbalancing:us-east-2::loadbalancer/apcf-ssh-tg' in 'create_vm' CPI method (CPI request ID: 'cpi-846816')

Resolution : I had to manually add the ELB policy on to the role created and then restart the installation .
