When building Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 images the kickstart file syntax is utilizing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 EPEL repository instead of version 9.

Expected Behavior

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 build should install EPEL repository for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9

Actual Behavior

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 build installs EPEL repository for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a build of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
2. During Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 Kickstart process EPEL version 8 is selected for install
