Labels and selectors need tooltips

We are now shortening labels and selectors and showing ellipses when there is not enough space to display the complete text. This works great with a caveat that sometimes labels are unreadable (see below). To address that we need tooltips that show complete label text without ellipses.

Nico took a stab at this but run into issues with the way Clarity datagrid is treating tooltips. Here are his comments:

TBH I don’t think that’s fixeable in our side .. we have the same issue in TMC that we couldn’t solve .. we are waiting for them to fix the datagrid to allow overflow since last year u.u

Of course the other alternative is use another datagrid that works in a different way and allows overflow, but that would be something that has big impact in the app

We need to address this even if that means going beyond Clarity.
