This feedback originally came from Community-edition: vmware-tanzu/community-edition#2616 (comment)

and is a followup to #838

Describe the feature request

tanzu management-cluster should provide a pre-flight check that checks if the bootstrapping machine's architecture is arm. Currently, the arm binaries work fine, but the bootstrapping does not.
