When building the VM, the default vCPU/vMEM is much higher than what is actually needed for the build https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/vsphere-tanzu-kubernetes-grid-image-builder/blob/main/packer-variables/default-args.j2#L18-L19 and it would be nice if we optimized this by default, perhaps changing it to 8 vCPU or smaller and certainly less memory would be ideal for those that may not have a powerful system for creating the TKR
