Events documentation is out of date and misleading

All of the "Guides" associated with events are out of date and misleading. They continue to refer to build in event driver types which are no longer built in and they do not point to the location of the source of truth which is found in one of the dispatchframework repositories.

We should include a table listing out all known eventdriver and links to repositories which include documentation and usage.
